Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all civil engineering projects within the Power/Energy sector in Mahan Madhya pradesh.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Lead a team of civil engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Expertise in Civil Construction of BTG, BOP and Chimney and boiler structure works.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Experience:

4-6 years of experience in civil engineering within the Power/Energy industry.
Prior experience in project management and leading a team.
Demonstrated success in delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
