Assistant Manager - Projects & ME

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out the machining of EV aluminium components i.e Battery pack, Motor housing, Front grider fork, BMS covers., etc.

Familiar in handling the Light weight magnesium casting parts machining & Aluminium forging machining.

Carry out CNC programming & optimize machining application for two wheeler parts. - shall have hands-on experience in Fanuc controllers.

Basic understanding about preventive & predictive maintenance of CNC Machines

Ensure readiness and availability of manufacturing facilities

Provide support to ensuring machining facility readiness considering all field failures

Develop understanding of machining operations, Takt time, Cycle time and throughput time of differen manufacturing processes

Identify critical and bottleneck work stations and use different work stations appropriately for smooth w allocation

Support initiatives to improve productivity/ cost saving, VAVE in operations and implement automation processes across the shops

Monitor and ensure on-time closure of production related issues

Knowledge on Cutting toolings and Hydraulic Fixtures.
