Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of each phase using tools like PERT charts, Gantt charts, and project management software.
  2. Approve vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with material standards and reliability.
  3. Oversee the construction of pods, ensuring adherence to design, quality standards, and budget.
  4. Track project expenses and provide updates to senior management, ensuring projects stay within budget.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct site visits with the BD team to assess feasibility and evaluate pod construction sites.
  2. Review and finalize the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural drawings.
  3. Supervise contractors and site engineers, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and adherence to timelines.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, BD, IT) to ensure smooth project execution.
