Assistant Manager – Project Management

Preferred Experience: Project Management and Digitalisation Initiatives

Job Purpose

To support and drive digitalisation and process improvement projects across the organization by coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project execution, tracking deliverables, and enabling successful implementation of digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digitalisation projects across functions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely project delivery.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure project documentation and status reporting are maintained accurately.
  • Support implementation of digital tools, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate user adoption and smooth transition during system/process changes.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Collaborate and conduct regular follow-ups with business teams, IT teams, and vendors to gather project requirements and for alignment on project deliverables.

Key Competencies

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Exposure to digitalisation, automation, or transformation projects
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of process mapping and workflow improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and execution focus

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate
