Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Program Management to support our program management team in driving successful project delivery and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of program management activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and issues and facilitate resolution as needed.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and resource allocation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-9 years of experience in program management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
