Job Description
- Reviews shift and daily production data against targets; identifies performance gaps and supports corrective actions with structured analysis.
- Identifies process losses and leads improvement projects using WCM tools; tracks outcomes and sustains gains through team coaching and audits.
- Implements process parameter controls per SOPs; monitors critical variables and drives standard operating conditions consistently across all shifts.
- Investigates process deviations using 5-Why, fishbone and Pareto; prepares structured problem reports and ensures corrective actions are implemented and verified.
- Ensures all shift-level safety protocols — PTW, LOTO, PPE — are consistently followed; conducts safety walks and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.
