Role Description
Nutraj is seeking a dedicated Production Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. The Production Executive will oversee production processes, ensure alignment with quality standards, and collaborate on efficient production planning. Key responsibilities include managing daily production schedules, ensuring compliance with food safety protocols, monitoring product quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Planning and Production Management, including the ability to optimize workflows and meet production targets.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Food Technology and its application to production processes.
- Proficiency in Quality Control techniques to ensure adherence to food safety and industry standards.
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Production Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a food production environment is preferred.
