Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Manager – Production to oversee production activities and support manufacturing operations in the areas of
Turning, Induction Hardening, Drilling, and Broaching processes. The role involves production planning, process improvement, quality control, troubleshooting, and team management to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure production output as per the production plan and shift targets.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to process quality and production abnormalities.
- Handle troubleshooting activities in Turning, Induction Hardening, Drilling, and Broaching processes.
- Drive production improvement initiatives to enhance plant capacity and productivity.
- Maintain zero-defect production and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support customer audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Implement Kaizen activities and change management initiatives.
- Maintain safety standards and promote safe work practices.
- Train and guide team members on technical processes and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and issue resolution.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Turning, Induction Hardening, Drilling & Broaching processes
- Knowledge of IATF & OHSAS system audits
- Production troubleshooting and process improvement expertise
- Understanding of quality systems and customer requirements
