Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality standards and cost targets.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as necessary to maintain optimal output and efficiency.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
- Regularly review and update safety protocols and practices to promote a safe working environment.
Employee Development
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production team.
Budget Management
- Develop annual and long-term operating budgets for the production department.
- Conduct monthly financial analysis to ensure budgets are met and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead the implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to improve operational coordination and effectiveness.
Quality Control
- Develop and maintain quality control systems to promptly identify and resolve production issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare detailed production reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operational coordination.
Education Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
