Key Responsibilities
- Drive the daily execution of manufacturing schedules in factories to meet production targets inline with customer orders
- Manage and oversee all quality control activities, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product release testing
- Ensuring sampling of products, assisting new product development and routine production
- Lead the process for Corrective and Preventive Actions in response to internal deviations and Customer Complaints, driving continuous improvement in product design and process stability
Key Competencies
- Should have demonstrated abilities to handle production and ensure product Quality for various products
- Communicate persuasively in English / Hindi / Local language
