The Assistant Manager - Production will oversee daily production operations, manage manufacturing schedules, ensure efficient utilization of resources, and maintain product quality standards. The role involves supervising teams, identifying opportunities to optimize production processes, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

• Strong knowledge of production workflows, process optimization, and quality assurance
• Experience in managing or supervising manufacturing teams and schedules
• Proficiency in operational planning, resource management, and performance monitoring
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges efficiently
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of safety and compliance standards in manufacturing settings
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable
