Key Responsibilities:
Procurement for the Interior fit out works, multiple city exposure.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and organizational objectives
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment, across multiple projects
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential cost savings
- Resolve procurement-related issues and conflicts as they arise
- Stakeholder management:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets agreed-upon standards
- Process and Risk Management and compliance:
- Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Implement and maintain procurement best practices, including risk management and cost-saving initiatives
- Required to conduct procurement on e-procurement tool.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ,Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within a project management environment
- Proven track record of successful procurement oversight and process improvement
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and relevant regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite
