Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and sourcing operations. This individual will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing cost efficiency, and ensuring timely availability of high-quality materials and services critical to our project execution and sustainability objectives

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage vendors and suppliers to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead procurement contract development, negotiations, and execution to ensure favorable terms, risk mitigation, and legal compliance.
  • Cost Optimization: Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product and service quality, ensuring alignment with project and operational budgets.
  • Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with operations, project teams, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization across multiple locations.
  • Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure procurement practices meet sustainability standards and comply with environmental, legal, and corporate policies.Market Intelligence: Track market trends, pricing, and risks to inform procurement decisions and maintain supply chain resilience.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the procurement team to build a high-performing function capable of scaling with the company's growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 35 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, vendor development, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of green building materials, landscaping inputs, and sustainable sourcing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
