Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Power BI Developer
As a Power BI developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI. Your role will involve extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI to facilitate analysis and reporting. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring the delivery of relevant and actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Your expertise in data visualization and your ability to translate complex data into understandable formats will be crucial in supporting the organization%27s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
.Able to capture detailed Power BI requirements from Operations teams
.Prepare requirement summary and re-confirm with Operations teams
.Proactively communicate with Operation team and GCC Lead
.Follow coding standards and guidelines set by team with proper documentation
.Plan coding & UAT phases with Leads and ensure work is proceeding as per plan
.Proactively inform and agree on revised timelines with Operation team and GCC Lead in case of any unforeseen delays
.Follow up with Operation teams for UAT and Ops sign off
.Training, mentoring Jr. Developers

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in any stream.
.Proven experience in Power BI report development, Power Platform application development, and SharePoint customization. Work Experience: 8+ Years
.Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for Power BI.
.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Primary Skill set - Power BI, Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), build scalable data models, and performance optimization.
.Secondary skill set - SQL, Data Analysis and Testing
.Have sound understanding of Data Visualization and Analysis, and Coding.
.Expected to make architectural decisions and mentor others
.Well versed in analyzing Results, Bug fixing & Reporting,
