Major Responsibilities
- Conduct feature testing, performance testing, and validation across SD-WAN platforms.
- Work with SSE/SASE platforms (Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma Access) good to have.
- Assist in customer requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Support integration between SD-WAN and IT systems
- Participate in new technology PoCs, continuous improvement initiatives, and automation opportunities.
- Handle escalation support, and coordination with OEMs
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Routing, Switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF.
- SD-WAN handson experience (minimum 23 years) with platforms such as:
- Fortinet Secure SD-WAN
- Cisco Viptela
- SilverPeak
- Versa
- Firewall configuration & operations:
- Fortinet/Paloalto/Checkpoint/Cisco ASA/Firepower experience
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Optional but preferred:
- SSE/SASE solutions: Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma Access.
