Job Description

Support day-to-day plant operations including production planning and execution.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Monitor plant KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, downtime, and yield.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and HR teams.
Support implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
Assist in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and training.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support audits, certifications, and customer visits.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
