2. Proper and timely import planning

3. Timely preparation of TDR

4. Constant monitoring of road queue and resolving of the yard bottle necks.

5. Monitoring & Reduce Idling of operational equipment planning in yard.

6. Contribution in fulfillment and compliance of MICT Legal / statutory and operational requirements.

7. Contributing to continuous improvement.

8. Contributing for the meeting of Business/Operational targets and objectives.

9. Monitoring and development of operational reports.

10. Ensuring safe and correct working practices.

11. Berthing and Un - berthing Timelines set up are achieved.

12. Support in innovation and Process improvement.
