Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive measurable results through paid digital campaigns. The candidate should be highly analytical, ROI-focused, and experienced in scaling lead generation and conversion-driven campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms.
- Drive growth through strong control on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, and conversion pixels.
- Work closely with design, content, and tech teams for campaign success.
- Scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones.
- Lead and mentor junior performance marketers.
Requirements:
- 56 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid campaigns.
- Deep understanding of funnel optimization and lead generation.
- Expertise in metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in EdTech, education, or lead-based businesses.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
