Position Title - Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing — International Business

We are looking fora highly analytical and growth-oriented Performance Marketing professional to drive international business growth across D2C channels and global marketplaces.
Role Purpose: The role will be responsible for scaling international online business through performance marketing, marketplace advertising, customer acquisition, and digital growth strategies across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across beta Ads(Facebook 6 Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads and Programmatic platforms
- Drive customer acquisition, sales, and ROAS through data-driven campaigns.
- Manage retargeting, remarketing, and funnel optimization strategies.
Marketplace Performance Marketing:
- Handle marketplace advertising and growth initiatives across Amazon International, Noon, Tik Tok Shop, Nykaa Global, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Carrefour and other regional marketplaces.
- Optimize sponsored ads, keyword bidding, product ranking, and visibility.
- Drive marketplace metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, Conversion Rate, Organic ranking, Share of search
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaign planning and visibility opportunities.
- Analyse product performance and recommend assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
International Market Growth:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns for markets including, GCC, USA, UK & Southeast Asia
- Understand regional customer behavior, beauty trends, and platform preferences.
- Execute localized campaigns based on market insights.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager, Amazon Ads Console, Google Analytics, Marketplace dashboards, Looker Studio
- Prepare weekly/monthly business reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPU, Conversion % 6 Marketplace sales growth
Website & Conversion Optimization:
- Collaborate withD2C and creative teams for Landing page optimization, A/B testing, Funnel improvements and Product page enhancement
- Improve overall customer journey and conversion rates.
Budget & Stakeholder Management
- Manage digital marketing and marketplace ad budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, content teams, and marketplace partners.
- Support international product launches and promotional campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate or Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience:
- 3—5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience in marketplace advertising and international business.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, fashion, or D2C brands preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Hands—on expertise in: beta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Marketplace advertising
tools, GA4, Shopify analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of SEO, CRM, retention marketing, and email automation is an added
advantage.
