Role Overview
The Indian School of Business (ISB) is looking for a technical, data-driven Associate to manage performance marketing operations for the PGP Suite of programmes. This is a critical role within the AFA portfolio, responsible for executing high-intent digital campaigns that drive quality applications for ISB's flagship offerings.
Reporting to the Manager of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, tracking accuracy, and down-funnel optimization of campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Execute and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube, ensuring accurate setup, targeting, and budgeting.
- Account Hygiene: Daily monitoring of budget pacing, bid management, and account structure discipline.
- Performance Optimization: Daily monitoring of CPL and lead quality; adjusting bids, audiences, and budget pacing to maximize funnel efficiency.
- Tracking, Measurement & Insights:
- Work with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to set up and validate tracking (tags, triggers, events). Use GA4 and platform analytics (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to monitor traffic quality, user behaviour, engagement, and conversions. Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and support attribution by mapping campaign performance to lead generation outcomes and high-performing channels.
- Salesforce Integration:
- Ensure campaign interactions and lead data are accurately captured and synced into Salesforce. Validate lead flow from platforms to CRM, including form fills and UTM tracking. Use CRM data to analyze lead quality, track funnel progression, and support audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Platform Operations:
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations including bid management, budget pacing, and audience targeting.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain reports using Excel, track performance metrics, and share regular updates and insights.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work with internal teams (content, creative, analytics) to ensure timely campaign execution.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in performance marketing / campaign operations
- Platform Expertise: Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Excel
- Skills: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, execution focus
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Engineering, or related field)
