Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager Performance Marketing & Growth. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation, enrollment growth, and brand visibility.

The Assistant Manager will manage marketing budgets, track key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, refining targeting and messaging, running A/B tests, and identifying new growth opportunities. The role may also involve supporting marketing automation, conversion rate optimization, and training team members on performance marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Required Technical Skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Marketing Automation Platforms, Conversion Tracking, CRM Platforms, Email Marketing Tools, Funnel Building Tools
  • Experience in performance management and growth-focused marketing, including setting campaign objectives, monitoring results, and optimizing for ROI.
  • Prior experience in digital/performance marketing roles, preferably in education, edtech, or related service industries.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, including planning, allocating, and monitoring marketing spend across channels to maximize impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights for performance and growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), and CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
