We are looking for an experiencedPerformance Marketing Managerto drive customer acquisition and revenue growth forPaperpalacross key global markets. This role will own end-to-end performance marketing across major paid channels includingGoogle, Bing, Meta, and TikTok, with a strong focus on scaling campaigns, optimizing budgets, and improving funnel efficiency.

The ideal candidate combineshands-on execution, strong analytical thinking, and a growth mindset, with the ability to leverageAI tools and automationto enhance performance, experimentation, and scalability.


Responsibilities


  • Own and scale performance marketing campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize budgets across channels and geographies to maximizeROI, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution including keyword strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies.
  • Own third-party performance marketing networks end-to-end, with a focus on native, content discovery, and premium publisher networks.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to localize and scale campaignsacross key markets.
  • Develop and execute a structured experimentation roadmapacross creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
  • Continuously optimize funnel performance acrossimpressions → clicks → conversions → revenue.
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
  • Own reporting and dashboards using tools like GA4, ad platforms, and BI tools, ensuring clear visibility on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, BI, and Analytics teams to improve landing page performance, messaging, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platform automationto improve campaign performance across:
    • Creative generation and testing
    • Keyword and audience expansion
    • Bid and budget optimization
    • Performance analysis and insight generation
  • Integrate AI into workflows to enhance speed of experimentation, personalization, and decision-making efficiency.

Qualifications and Prerequisites


  • 5+ years of experience inperformance marketing across search and paid social channels.

  • Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.

  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics(CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR).

  • Hands-on experience with GA4 or similar analytics platformsfor performance tracking and optimization.

  • Demonstrated experience in budget planning, bid optimization, and campaign scalingacross multiple markets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Experience running A/B tests and structured experimentsto improve performance.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in performance marketing workflows(e.g., ad copy generation, creative testing, data analysis, campaign optimization).

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
