Job Title: Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing
Location: Work from Home
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Strict Night Shift | Real-time support for US clients; requires high ownership, responsiveness, and proactive engagement throughout the shift)
Experience Required: 8 to 10+ years in Performance Marketing with deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media advertising platforms, along with strong experience in reporting tools and data analysis.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end performance marketing operations across Search and Social channels. This role requires complete ownership of accounts, team performance, client deliverables, and campaign outcomes. The candidate will work closely with US-based clients, providing real-time support and ensuring high quality execution, optimization, and communication at all times. This is a high-responsibility, high visibility role suited for someone who can independently manage multiple accounts, lead a team, solve complex problems, and drive consistent performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Client Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery for multiple performance marketing accounts across Search and Social platforms
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, updates, and issue resolution
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Provide real-time support to US clients during night shift hours
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Drive performance improvements based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Identify new growth opportunities, scaling strategies, and testing roadmaps
Team Management & Development
- Lead and manage a team of analysts and specialists across accounts
- Ensure proper task allocation, execution, and quality checks across all deliverables
- Resolve team queries, provide technical guidance, and act as the first point of escalation
- Train new joiners and upskill existing team members on platforms, tools, and best practices
- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability across tasks and outcomes
Quality & Process Excellence
- Ensure 100 percent adherence to processes, QA standards, and platform best practices
- Maintain high accuracy in campaign setup, optimizations, and reporting
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and validated before client sharing
Reporting & Analysis
- Build and manage performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting platforms
- Translate data into actionable insights and present them clearly to clients
- Track performance trends and proactively recommend optimizations
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with client expectations
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Search and Social)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Experience with other social media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and visualization tools
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with experience handling international clients
