The Assistant Manager – Production Control and Logistics will be responsible for managing end-to-end PC&L operations, ensuring planning, scheduling, 100% on-time delivery to the customers, maintaining zero documentation errors, and coordinating closely with the customer buyers, Production, Logistics partners, and external warehouses.
- Manage day-to-day dispatch planning in line with customer schedules and pull systems.
- Track daily customer schedules vs actual dispatches and take corrective actions to avoid delivery failures.
- Ensure on-time delivery to customers. Send daily MIS report to customers.
- Handle direct OEM customer interactions, including coordination with Hyundai, Mahindra, KIA,TATA, Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, ALN and all 2 major wheeler OEM customers.
- Monitor and track in-transit vehicles and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Manage domestic logistics operations, including transporter coordination and route planning.
- Oversee operations at external warehouses, ensuring proper material flow and FIFO compliance.
- Ensure zero-error dispatch documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and MRIR-related documents.
- Coordinate closely with the production and PPC teams to align dispatch readiness with production output.
