Role and Responsibilit
ies
As Assistant Manager Partnerships & Insights, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding SLF's portfolio of high-impact financial partnerships. You will support fundraising strategy, manage donor relationships, and ensure high-quality proposal development and reporting. This role requires greater ownership, coordination across teams, and proactive contribution to partnership gro
wth.You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build and sustain relationships with corporates, international foundations, and multilateral agenc
ies.
Your responsibilities in

- pmentSupport implementation of SLF's fundraising strategy across corporate, philanthropic, and institutional do
- nors.Identify and pursue new CSR and institutional funding opportuni
- ties.Monitor donor portals and funding calls; track relevant grant opportuni

- king.Support proactive partnership cultivation, including outreach planning, partner mapping, and strategic follow
- -ups.Support account stewardship for partners, with a focus on long-term relationship building and rene
wals.
2. Proposal Development & Rep
- ortingLead coordination for development of high-quality proposals, concept notes, presentations, and donor re
- ports.Ensure proposals are well-structured, accurately budgeted, and aligned with donor prior
- ities.Coordinate inputs from program, communications, and finance teams to ensure timely submis
- sions.Support development of partner review materials (donor decks, quarterly review packs, and leadership-ready summa
ries).
3. Donor Relationship Man
- agementManage ongoing engagement with assigned donors, including meetings, review calls, field visits, and volunteering initi
- atives.Ensure timely and thoughtful communication with pa
- rtners.Support donor retention and renewal efforts through consistent engagement and performance tr
- acking.Coordinate donor visits, project walkthroughs, and partner engagements, including occasional
travel.
