JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY
The Partnership & Alliances Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the partner ecosystem by managing strategic partnerships, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration. The role ensures seamless partner onboarding, alignment with internal teams, and maximized partner performance through continuous monitoring, enablement, and innovation. This position plays a critical role in scaling partnerships, increasing operational efficiency, and driving long-term value for both EXL and its partners.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Strategic Partnership Management
- Oversee operational aspects of partner relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive collaboration and implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as liaison across internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment on partner initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of scalable partner strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Generate performance reports and identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Onboarding & Integration
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Provide training, resources, and tools for partner success.
- Sales & Technical Enablement
- Align internal sales and technical teams with partner strategies and domains.
- Process Optimization
- Continuously assess and improve partner management processes.
- Implement tools and systems for monitoring and automation.
- Innovation & Industry Trends
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Introduce innovative ideas to enhance partner engagement and operations.

- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and partner lifecycle management.
- Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Relevant and total years of Experience
- 4+ years of experience in partner management, engagement, or alliances.
- Proven experience working with global cloud providers and managing strategic partnerships.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving partner enablement programs.
- Familiarity with partner funding models, technical onboarding, and solution listing processes.
