Assistant Manager Partner Engagement

What You'll Be Responsible For-

• Identify partner capability gaps and design structured training programs around products, processes, sales, and business skills.
• Build training content, guides, playbooks, and learning journeys for new and existing partners.
• Plan and manage training calendars, delivery, participation, and effectiveness.
• Build a strong partner community through engagement programs, events, contests, recognition, and communication.
• Drive partner engagement and productivity through gamification and creative initiatives.
• Track training and engagement metrics and use data and feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Work closely with Sales and other teams to strengthen partner engagement and business outcomes.

An Ideal Candidate Must Have-

• 2–5 years of experience in Training, L&D, Community Building, Sales Enablement, Partner Engagement, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to design training programs and engagement initiatives.
• Creative, empathetic, and comfortable working with data.
• Strong execution skills and a bias for action.
