We are seeking for a dynamic and dedicated Sports Manager – Para Sports Program to lead and manage our para sports initiatives. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the future of para-athletes by designing, executing, and evaluating high-impact programs that align with IIS’s vision for inclusivity and excellence in sports. The role requires close collaboration with athletes, coaches, sports science professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Management
- Design and implement structured para sports programs in line with IIS’s mission and goals.
- Collaborate with coaches and sports science teams to develop comprehensive training modules for athletes.
Athlete Support & Development
- Oversee the selection process for para-athletes, ensuring transparency and inclusivity.
- Ensure timely access to essential resources such as equipment, nutrition, and medical support.
- Manage logistics, travel arrangements, and budgeting for athletes and coaching staff.
- Maintain working knowledge of classification systems in para sports.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with national and international sports organizations, NGOs, and sponsors to expand the reach and impact of the para sports program.
- Plan and host workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to promote education and inclusivity in para sports.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and athlete development.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and external partners, outlining progress and impact.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Sports Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the sports industry.
- Prior exposure to para sports or athlete development programs is highly desirable.
- Experience working with non-profit organizations or CSR-funded sports initiatives.
