Assistant Manager - P&C Insurance Actuarial Pricing

AM - P&C Pricing - 3-7 Years - Bengaluru/Gurgaon/Kolkata/Noida

An exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in property and casualty (P&C) insurance pricing. The role involves working across US Commercial lines, developing pricing mechanisms, designing rating models, and supporting actuarial filings and profitability analysis.

Location - Bengaluru/Gurgaon/Kolkata/Noida

Responsibilities -

1. Pricing/rating for US Commercial lines of insurance.
2. In-depth understanding of ISO CLMs (Insurance Services Office - Commercial Lines Manual) and rating algorithms.
3. Designing product, pricing mechanisms, and respective supporting services for Commercial Auto, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, and Crime.
4. Understanding Underwriter requirements for product changes and providing creative solutions along with help in training on complicated pricing approaches and compliance issues.

Requirements -

1. 3 to 7 years of property and casualty insurance experience with respect to pricing.
2. 3-4 actuarial exams as per new curriculum, not including CB3/CT9 (Preferred – Exam CS2).
3. Open to pursuing actuarial credentials from the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS).
4. SQL/VBA experience preferred.
