Assistant Manager Outreach & Workplace Giving

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for Corporate Matching and the Leaders for Change regular giving programme.
• Oversee partnerships with global giving platforms like Benevity and acquire new corporate partners.
• Design and execute virtual and in-person volunteering activities to engage corporate employees.
• Manage donor stewardship, retention, and impact reporting to ensure a high-quality donor experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, MARCOM, Education) to align campaigns and outreach.
• Coordinate on-ground events, kiosks, and nature trails for corporate donors and partners.
• Track revenue metrics, manage performance dashboards, and lead a team of 12 members.

What We're Looking For

• 35 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or CSR.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in donor engagement or campaign reporting.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sustainability, or Communications.
• A genuine passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
