Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Durg for an Assistant Manager - Outreach. The Assistant Manager will develop and execute outreach strategies to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and organizations. Responsibilities include conducting public relations initiatives, organizing events, managing community outreach programs, and supporting enrollment through collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. The Assistant Manager will oversee outreach projects, ensure they align with university goals, and monitor their impact and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to effectively represent the university and engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Project Management to plan, organize, and execute outreach initiatives successfully
• Sales and Community Outreach experience to drive enrollment and foster partnerships with schools, colleges, and organizations
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and maintain a results-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree is required; a focus in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the education sector and an understanding of university admissions or outreach processes is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
