Man Matters, we're building India's most trusted, science-backed men's health and wellness brand and influencer marketing is at the heart of how we grow.
We're looking for someone who can
balance strategy with execution and take ownership of outcomes. You will drive influencer led growth across categories like hair, beard, health and fitness, working on real business problems, not vanity campaigns.

What You Will Own
- Execute and optimise the influencer engine
Run influencer campaigns end-to-end across key products and categories
Drive influencer led GTMs with clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Track and optimise budgets with a focus on performance outcomes
- Create high quality, conversion-focused content
Identify, brief, and manage creators across Meta and YouTube
Build content that is problem-first, insight led, and conversion-focused
Continuously test new formats, creators, and hooks based on data
- Develop your performance instinct
Track performance across creators and content types; identify what's working and why
Support structured experimentation and help build repeatable playbooks
Contribute to building a performance first culture within the influencer function
- Build and manage creator relationships
Scout and onboard creators across niches fitness, grooming, health, lifestyle
Build relationships with doctors, experts, and credibility-led creators
Coordinate with agencies and external partners where needed
- Collaborate closely with other teams
Work with Brand, Category, Performance, and E-com teams on aligned campaigns
Feed creator and content insights back into briefs and product conversations
What We Are Looking For
Coordinate across functions on product launches and platform priorities
3 To 5 Years Of Experience In Influencer Marketing
Brand side or D2C experience strongly preferred; agency experience considered if
paired with a strong execution track record
Demonstrated ability to run influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes,
not just content output
Solid understanding of performance-led influencer content — what makes a good hook,
a strong brief, a converting script
Organised and detail-oriented — can juggle multiple campaigns and creators without
dropping the ball
Strong communicator : with creators, internal teams, and in written briefs
High ownership mindset : you move things forward without waiting to be told, and you
follow through
- Bias for action : you'd rather try, learn, and course-correct than wait for the perfect plan
