About the Role

The role will involve supporting day-to-day business activities, analysing performance, identifying gaps and helping improve the way things are done. You will work closely with different stakeholders and use data to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business activities and ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Work with different teams to understand and solve business challenges.
• Track key business metrics and understand performance.
• Use data and Excel to identify trends, gaps and areas of improvement.
• Analyse business performance and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and make them more efficient.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and work towards solving business problems.
• Support data-backed decision-making across different business requirements.

Qualifications

• Freshers with a degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, Engineering, MBA/PGDM or a related field.

Required Skills

• Someone who is comfortable with numbers and enjoys solving problems.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with different teams and take ownership.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables and basic Excel formulas will be an added advantage.
