We are at Teleperformance hiring for Assistant Manager -Sales/ Collection process.

About the Role : The Assistant Manager will oversee the sales and collection process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.

Any Senior team leader or Assistant manager can apply who has experience of sales process or Collection process

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and collection team for US process.
• Must have international process experience.
• Develop strategies to improve sales/ Collection performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, attrition , shrinkage etc
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications : Graduation is required

Pay range and compensation package : Upto 8 LPA
