Assistant Manager - Operations

Role Overview:

Drive retail and sales operations by ensuring store execution excellence, inventory efficiency,

and revenue growth through strong coordination with sales, supply chain, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily retail/store operations and ensure sales target achievement

● Monitor sell-through, inventory levels, stock replenishment, and demand planning

● Track KPIs: sales growth, conversion rate, stock availability, and store productivity

● Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution

● Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement

● Ensure visual merchandising, pricing, and in-store execution standards

● Manage channel partners/vendors and resolve operational escalations

● Drive store-level promotions, campaigns, and new product launches

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree

● Experience in retail operations, GT/MT, or e-commerce operations

● Strong analytical skills with Excel/reporting proficiency

● Understanding of inventory management and sales planning

● Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
