Job Description
Job Location - Tirupur and Mumbai can be given
To manage operations, customer's communication, audit scheduling, portal management in accordance with Eurofins procedures.
To ensure TAT- Turnaround time for activities as per procedures established by Eurofins.
Completing Ethics monitoring activities and reporting
Preparation and submission of monthly KPI reports
Supervisory Responsibility - Monitor and support coordinators for completing assigned task
To Ensure timely request initiation, management of planning on audit program portals such as amfori BSCI, SEDEX, Worldly, RBA and internal portal.
Train support staff to execute assigned task.
Monitor support staff for performance and timely completion of activities
Manage Audit tracker and engage with freelance auditor for booking
Manage auditor travel planning as per set procedures
Manage review and processing on audit team expenses and freelancer bills.
Support General Manager to complete budget and revenue closure activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline
Minimum 5 year of experience in Operations management, preferably from a CB company.
