Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Technical Operations & Application Analytics will be responsible for managing, tracking, and analyzing application data received through channel partners across multiple universities. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM and data management systems, and the ability to generate accurate reports and insights for business stakeholders.
The individual will act as the bridge between channel partnerships, admissions, operations, and technology teams to ensure complete visibility of application pipelines, enrollment trends, and partner performance.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Application Data Management & Tracking
- Monitor and maintain application data received through various channel partners.
- Track applications across all partner universities and ensure accurate mapping of students, partners, and institutions.
- Identify and validate the source of applications and maintain data integrity within the CRM and reporting systems.
- Ensure timely updating of application statuses from inquiry to enrollment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate university-wise, partner-wise, city-wise, and intake-wise application reports.
- Analyze application trends, conversion rates, and enrollment performance.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
- Provide actionable insights to improve application tracking and partner productivity.
- CRM & System Management
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows related to student applications and partner submissions.
- Coordinate with the technology team to resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- University & Partner Performance Analysis
- Track applications received for each university and identify key contributing partners.
- Maintain records of partner-generated applications, offers, enrollments, and revenue contribution.
- Support leadership with performance reports and forecasting.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Admissions, Channel Partnership, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Assist university partners with data requests and application-related queries.
- Support management during reviews, audits, and strategic planning exercises.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify inefficiencies in application tracking processes.
- Recommend and implement automation solutions to improve reporting accuracy and turnaround times.
- Participate in CRM enhancements and technical projects.
Key Deliverables
- Accurate application tracking across all partner universities.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly application reports.
- University-wise and partner-wise performance dashboards.
- Data validation and reconciliation reports.
- CRM data quality and compliance management.
- Enrollment forecasting and pipeline reports.
Technical Skills
Required Skills & Competencies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- Strong understanding of databases and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools preferred.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
Analytical Skills
- Strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify data anomalies and root causes.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, CRM Operations, Technical Operations, MIS Reporting, or Application Management.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Higher Education, Admissions, or Channel Partnership domain will be preferred.
