About The Role

Aleph INDIA is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Operations to lead our Operations Department and drive excellence in our Compliance Projects specifically including CRS , WPC, BE, TEC, and EPR.

This position demands a proactive professional with strong regulatory knowledge, leadership capabilities, and decision-making skills to ensure timely and accurate project execution. As the bridge between management and the operations team, you'll play a key role in optimizing processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership- Supervise and guide Sr. & Jr. Operations Executives in managing client projects and documentation.

Regulatory Oversight- Ensure all projects comply with CRS, WPC, BE, TEC, and EPR requirements and standards.

Decision-Making- Handle escalations, approve submissions, and coordinate with top management for critical project decisions.

Client Engagement- Communicate with clients on complex compliance matters, ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines.

Coordination with Authorities- Lead interactions with government bodies, labs, and certification agencies for smooth project execution.

Process Optimization-Review and improve workflows to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Training & Development- Mentor and train team members to strengthen domain expertise and performance.

Reporting-Prepare and submit weekly/monthly status reports to the Technical Manager/Directors.

Skills Required

A must- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Technology-electronics and communications , knowledge of Regulatory Affairs.

5+ years of experience in compliance operations, with 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.

A must- Strong knowledge of BIS Certification processes, including CRS, WPC, BE, TEC, and EPR.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and regulatory portals.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to train, motivate, and manage teams for high performance.
