Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch for an Assistant Manager, Operational Excellence. In this role, you will focus on driving improvements in operational efficiency, implementing business process improvement initiatives, and managing projects aimed at enhancing performance. You'll work closely with various teams to identify and address operational challenges, track and analyze key performance metrics, and ensure adherence to organizational goals and standards. Additionally, you'll contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvement techniques
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Experience in Operations Management to effectively streamline workflows and enhance productivity
• Project Management expertise, including planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement projects
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
