Assistant Manager Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Ocean / Air shipment operations.
• Ensure timely execution of shipments in line with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, airlines, overseas offices, and internal teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Identify and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
• Lead and support the operations team to maintain high service quality.
• Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Ocean / Air Operations.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping procedures.
• Good understanding of shipment coordination and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
