Qualifications & Experience:
Education
- Essential: Graduate degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Preferred: Diploma or Postgraduate qualification in Logistics or Operations.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery coordination, or vendor/partner management roles.Understanding of local geography of J&K
- Exposure to courier, express logistics, e-commerce delivery, or franchise-based delivery models preferred. Skills & Capabilities:
Core Technical Skills
- Service Centre operations (including Delivery & pick up operations )
SLA tracking and service quality monitoring
Operational MIS and reporting
Partner coordination and field execution
