OVERVIEW
To plan, execute, and optimize Liquify's offline marketing initiatives including events, exhibitions, activations, and media, ensuring strong brand visibility, partner acquisition, and measurable ROI aligned with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Event & Exhibition Management
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and FaydaTalks partner engagement programs.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution: vendor management, logistics, branding, and on-ground operations.
- Ensure high-quality execution aligned with brand guidelines.
2. Offline Activations
- Manage society activations, corporate activations, and on-ground campaigns.
- Identify high-potential locations and audiences for maximum impact.
- Drive footfall, engagement, and lead generation through activations.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for printing, fabrication, events, and media.
- Negotiate costs and ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, partnerships, design, digital).
4. Offline Media Execution
- Execute campaigns across:
- Hoardings (Tier-1 cities)
- Financial magazines
- Newspapers
- Ensure optimal placement, visibility, and ROI tracking.
5. Marketing Collaterals
- Coordinate development and deployment of:
- Brochures, standees, banners, kits
- Event and activation materials
- Ensure consistency with Liquify's brand identity.
6. Partner Engagement Support
- Support execution of FaydaTalks and partner ecosystem initiatives.
- Work closely with the partnerships team to enhance engagement and conversions.
7. Budget Management
- Manage and track a significant portion of the offline marketing budget (₹50L+ annually).
- Ensure activities are executed within budget and deliver expected outcomes.
8. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track performance metrics such as:
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Event ROI
- Footfall & engagement
- Implement tracking mechanisms (QR codes, landing pages, CRM integration).

- Cost per Lead (CPL) from offline channels
- Number of partner leads generated
- Event ROI and conversion rates
- Brand visibility and recall
- Execution quality and timelines
- Vendor cost efficiency
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong event management and execution skills
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation ability
- Good understanding of offline media planning
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset for ROI tracking and optimization
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in offline marketing, events, or activations
- Experience in BFSI / Fintech / Real Estate / Consumer Brands preferred
