Oversee the daily operations of the ODCs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure operational management at the ODCs are delivered as per the contract commitment, ODC Controls and aligns with the overall objective of offshoring program.
Seamless functioning of the site, maintain compliance and foster a productive and secure working environment for all resources.
Ensure that all resources across multiple vendors are onboarded and offboarded as per the the bank guidelines and policies.
Support and facilitate with seamless connectivity in the ODCs and act as a conduit between the bank IT Operations and ODC IT Network team.
Assist in regular audit of the ODCs and make certain all findings and observations are closed.
Adherence to ODC control logs by maintaining & monitoring monthly records of the following.
EDR Compliance Report
ODC Asset Inventory
Physical Access Report
Security Patching Report
Manage induction program for all new joiners on a biweekly basis.
Assist in routematic application (transportation app) with resource geo code location, application error fixes and resolution.
Identify and implement workflows to increase process optimization.
Ensuring effective communication, change/Incident management and adherence to guidelines by the bank, third-party related corporate policies 12. Work closely with ODC IT Service desk and ensure seamless IT service management and triaging implementing ODC IT Ops escalation Matrix.
Conduct ITSM trainings to all resources on a quarterly basis.
Assist in colocation implementation, Squad launch, biweekly status reporting.
Monitor and conduct mandatory trainings for all vendor resources and share the status updates with HR on a quarterly basis.
Experiences
10-12 years of experience on operations management, facilities management, or site administration preferably in an IT/ITES/BPO or software development environment
Ability to work in highly ambiguous environments and build solutions that could flex with the business needs and ultimately scale.
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, establishing, and tracking metrics.
Main Tasks
Collaborate with vendors and the bank teams for all new joiners.
Collect employee details for building gate pass 48 hours prior to the resource onboarding.
Collaborate with vendors for onboarding documentation such as NTID, government ID proof, BVG signoff, Blood group, Address details, laptop details, PP size pics for initial process of onboarding.
Offboarding Process - Communication to multiple stakeholders, disable domain Id, Formatting of the Imaged laptop, Surrendering of all the bank assets
Ensure consistent ODC standards are adhered to during Onboarding/offboarding process
Ensure new joiners have support laptop while original laptop is being imaged.
Collaborate with Synechron IT team and the bank IT team in Domain creation, the bank specific imaging, QR Code verification.
Make certain VDI Setup such as LAN, AVD, Wi-Fi, Adding to LGRP groups, including in team DLs has been completed before handing over the laptop.
NDA sign off to be completed before resource starts working from the ODC.
Introduce all new joiners to the bank organization structure and assimilate them into the workplace culture and policies.
