- Packaging Development
- Identify, source, and validate primary and secondary packaging options within target cost structures.
- Conduct filled checks, compatibility testing, leakage tests, and transit trials.
- Coordinate with packaging vendors for sampling, online proofing, and final approvals.
- Ensure packaging quality and functionality standards are met.
- Artwork Development & Compliance
- Draft consumer-first on-pack communication, claims, ingredient information, and product copy.
- Coordinate daily artwork development and revisions with design teams/agencies.
- Conduct legal and regulatory checks to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Review artwork dimensions, print files, and digital proofs before approvals.
- Oversee final artwork release post all validations.
- Costing & Commercial Evaluation
- Evaluate formulation, packaging, and overall product costing.
- Drive approvals with internal stakeholders including PL Managers and category teams.
- SKU Creation & System Management
- Generate EAN codes and create SKU masters across internal systems.
- Ensure accurate product data management for smooth operational execution and launch readiness.
- Bromide Review & Print Proofing
- Review bromides, print proofs, and color accuracy before production sign-off.
- Approve multiple artworks and print proofs across brands on a daily basis.
- Ensure artwork consistency and quality standards across all SKUs.
- Production, Quality Control & Inwarding
- Monitor pilot and bulk production batches to ensure consistency and adherence to approved standards.
- Coordinate inward testing (IWT), stock inwarding, and launch readiness at warehouse locations.
- Resolve quality or packaging issues with quick turnaround timelines.
- Go-Live & Launch Execution
- Ensure seamless go-live of SKUs across the Purplle platform.
- Coordinate product listings, and operational closure before launch.
- Ensure all launch dependencies are completed within timelines.
- Portfolio Optimisation & Consumer Feedback Tracking
- Monitor product ratings, reviews, and consumer feedback post launch.
- Identify recurring quality or packaging concerns and drive corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement and revamp initiatives for existing SKUs.
- Aim to maintain strong consumer satisfaction and achieve >4.2 product ratings.
The Ideal Candidate
- Highly detail-oriented with strong quality-checking abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent launches.
