Job Title: Assistant Manager
Department: Bancassurance
Summary
- MIS management & reporting, including analytics at portfolio level, employee productivity etc.
- Planning and Rewards & Recognition program across distribution partners as well as employees
- Publishing reports in pre-defined formats for management team as well as field leadership team of the distribution channel
Key Responsibilities
Management information & reporting:
- Daily business reporting as per requirements
- Prepare and publish Dashboards with analysis and insights
- Provide inputs for presentations to the Management and stakeholders
- Business review presentations
Sales Support & Enablement
- MIS & Data support to channel sales team
- Resolution of queries on incentives, contests qualification, performance numbers, distribution data, payouts , etc.
Cross-functional Coordination
- IT Liaise with IT team on BI and other system related initiatives/developments or
enhancements
- Finance Ensuring timely payouts and recon of issues etc.
- Legal & Compliance - Liaise with the team on closures of partner IRDAI Queries, MOUs, Agreements
and specific queries raised by partners.
- Renewals Connect with Renewal team to share within SLA with Sales team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience in MIS & Sales support

- Strong Logical and Analytical approach in MS Excel
- Data-driven mindset to make informed decision.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the health insurance industry or sales operations is a plus.
