Role Purpose
Wing to wing management of NFTE Life cycle process for consumer sales.
Role Accountability
Program Management
- Formulate, implement and monitor non digital Programs for sales Channel
- Drive programs on a day to day basis- NFTE Life cycle enhancement, Banca Newsletter, Wellness Program, RM Program etc.
- Manage and control timelines, budgets and activities to run the programs
- Resolve issues or bottlenecks of the program
- Plan, participate and drive cross functional meetings with different stakeholders within the company and outside to drive programs
- Creating dashboard, timely reporting to track the program performance throughout its lifecycle
- Maintain all contracts, payments documentation and support collaterals in place for all relationships/ programs
- Manage SOPs, Training Material, documents/ approvals and Sales Support Items for all initiatives led
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Demonstrating customer/ end user focus – builds strong relationships and create processes/ programs with end user viewpoint
- Gathering feedback on the program from end user and enhancing the program accordingly
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Build and maintain relationships with already approved old and new vendors
- Work with vendors and do research to stay updated on new trends and industry benchmark
- Managing vendors and carrying out quality check, dealing with the price and service improvements

- Achievement of project success outcomes as per agreed plan
- Consistent and effective reporting
- VoC from end User/ Stakeholders
- Budget and timeline adherence in project execution
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Knowledge of Sales processes
- Knowledge of Sales digital tools/platforms
- Experience of managing IT/non IT projects in BFSI
