Job Title: Software Developer (DevOps & Network Automation)

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer (DevOps & Network Automation) to design, build, and deploy advanced automation solutions within network environments.
The role focuses on developing scalable DevOps capabilities to streamline network operations, enhance performance, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in automation, scripting, DevOps practices, and network technologies, along with the ability to align solutions with business objectives in a banking/enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy
- Align automation initiatives with broader business, economic, and market objectives
- Contribute to strategic technology decisions supporting network transformation and automation
2. Business Alignment
- Ensure automation solutions support business goals and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to:
- Reduce operational costs
- Improve resource utilization
- Enhance scalability and reliability
- Drive automation as a key enabler for business growth
3. Process & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including:
- Opportunity identification
- Solution design
- Development and implementation
- Integration with existing network infrastructure
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts for:
- Network monitoring
- Performance optimization
- Issue detection and resolution
- Ensure documentation and adherence to industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, cloud, security, infrastructure)
- Drive continuous improvement of automation frameworks
- Provide training and guidance to engineers and stakeholders on automation tools
4. People & Talent
- Demonstrate strong leadership through collaboration and influence
- Work closely with teams to build a culture of automation and innovation
- Support team structure planning and capacity management
- Maintain strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
5. Risk Management
- Identify risks related to automation projects and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and control standards
- Act proactively to address risks and escalate issues when required
Tools & Platforms
- Experience with DevOps and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
