Role: ServiceNow ITBM Developer
Experience: 35 Years
Location: Bangalore (Fulltime, Onsite)
Employment Type: Permanent with KPMG(FTE)
Mandatory Skills
- Strong handson experience with ServiceNow ITBM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource, Agile, Financial Planning)
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience is a must
- Excellent skills in JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts
- ServiceNow platform configuration & custom development
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Good understanding of ITIL and project/portfolio management processes
Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA / CISITBM / CISSPM certifications
- Consulting experience is an added advantage

- Partner with functional teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
- Support upgrades, module deployments, and platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot and deliver quality technical outputs
