Role: ServiceNow ITBM Developer

Experience: 35 Years

Location: Bangalore (Fulltime, Onsite)

Employment Type: Permanent with KPMG(FTE)

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong handson experience with ServiceNow ITBM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource, Agile, Financial Planning)
  • SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience is a must
  • Excellent skills in JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts
  • ServiceNow platform configuration & custom development
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Good understanding of ITIL and project/portfolio management processes

Preferred


  • ServiceNow CSA / CISITBM / CISSPM certifications
  • Consulting experience is an added advantage

  • Develop workflows, automation, and customizations within ServiceNow
  • Partner with functional teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
  • Support upgrades, module deployments, and platform enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and deliver quality technical outputs
