Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations with strong expertise in Tech Sales Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience hiring sales professionals across Networking, Wireless, ISP, Enterprise IT, and Channel Sales ecosystems.

The candidate will build and strengthen sales teams for technology brands including MikroTik, Cambium Networks, Grandstream Networks, Mimosa Networks, Optitera Networks, Digisol, and similar IT networking brands — while also overseeing all core HR functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Tech Sales Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT Networking sales teams:

– Requirement understanding → Sourcing → Screening → Interview coordination → Offer rollout → Onboarding

• Hire profiles across key sales roles:

– Regional Sales Managers (RSM)

– Business Development Managers (BDM)

– Territory Sales Managers (TSM)

– Channel Sales Managers

– Account Managers

– Pre-Sales Engineers

– Product Specialists

– Technical Support Engineers

• Identify and evaluate candidates with experience in:

– Networking products, Wi-Fi / Wireless solutions, Routing & Switching

– ISP solutions, Enterprise IT infrastructure

– Surveillance & Security solutions

– Distribution & Channel sales models

• Build a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, industry references, and networking communities

• Evaluate candidates on product knowledge, channel relationships, sales achievement, market exposure, and customer handling capability

2. HR Operations Management

• Manage complete employee lifecycle: joining formalities, documentation, employee database, induction, and confirmation processes

• Handle attendance & leave management, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement activities

• Coordinate with management on manpower planning, organization structure, and employee retention initiatives

• Maintain internal communication and ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration

3. Performance & Employee Management

• Support performance evaluation processes and appraisal cycles

• Maintain employee records and HR MIS reporting

• Identify employee engagement and professional development opportunities

• Assist in building and nurturing a positive, high-performance work culture

 

Candidate Profile

Experience Required

• 4–8 years of overall experience in HR / Talent Acquisition

• Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated IT / Networking Sales Recruitment experience

• Prior experience hiring for OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or technology solution providers preferred

Technical Understanding

Candidate must understand the fundamentals of:

• Networking OEM and distributor ecosystem

• ISP / WISP market dynamics

• Enterprise networking solutions landscape

• Channel partner and reseller sales models

• Technical sales hierarchy and role structures

Education

• MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources — preferred

• Graduate degree — mandatory
