Assistant Manager – Project Management
Preferred Experience: Project Management and Digitalisation Initiatives
Job Purpose
To support and drive digitalisation and process improvement projects across the organization by coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project execution, tracking deliverables, and enabling successful implementation of digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digitalisation projects across functions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely project delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure project documentation and status reporting are maintained accurately.
- Support implementation of digital tools, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate user adoption and smooth transition during system/process changes.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
- Collaborate and conduct regular follow-ups with business teams, IT teams, and vendors to gather project requirements and for alignment on project deliverables.
